If your account was recently locked by our platform due to too many failed login attempts, our platform will automatically send you an email to unlock the account, simply click on the link within the email to unlock it.
However, if you did not receive any email (Please do also check your spam folders) you can request the email manually.
To do this, visit the "HELP" drop-down as illustrated below. (The drop-down is found on both sign-in and sign-up forms)
Click on the "Didn't receive unlock instructions" option. This will take you to a page where you can enter your accounts email address to re-send the unlock email too.
